The Pandanus Room, themed to inspire creative thinking, is a complementary, self-catered event space that was designed with flexibility in mind for all corporate meetings, training sessions, retreats and family events.

The Pandanus Room is available complementary and exclusively throughout your stay at Caba Break. The Pandanus Room includes use of the adjoining BBQ and heated spa deck, smart TV and wifi, kitchenette, and reception area. A variety or furniture options is available.
Caba Break does not offer packages or event planning, rather do it yourself to suit your needs and budget is encouraged. The Tweed Coast abounds with event planners and caterers that can assist where needed, not to mention the many fabulous restaurants and cafes nearby.
Caba Break accommodation is designed with flexibility, privacy and comfort in mind, consisting of four apartments, each apartment has four bedrooms each with its own ensuite bathroom. Yes, that’s 16 bedrooms and 16 bathrooms.
Each apartment offers two queen bedrooms and two twin share. Each bedroom can be code locked to ensure privacy and security on request.
Keyless entry and self-checkin takes the hassle away from differing arrival times of your group.

The Pandanus Room is an affordable, self-catered meeting/event space that was designed with flexibility in mind for all corporate meetings, training sessions and family events.
The Pandanus Room at Caba Break is available for half or full day hire Monday to Friday between 8am and 5pm.
The Pandanus Room is more than what other venues offer, with a grass floor and internal garden it is themed to inspire creative thinking or a fun atmosphere for your event. The adjoining balcony offers a breakaway deck with BBQ and heated 9 person spa.
Large smart TV, free WiFi, whiteboard, kitchenette, bathroom and a variety of furniture options facilitates a myriad of functions that ensures the Pandanus Room will be ideal.
Suitable for meetings up to 20 pax, events up to 40 pax.
Pricing:
1 – 6 people – $25 booking fee + $25 per hour
$10 per additional person
